With over 10 years of experience coordinating and planning events, my team and I pride ourselves on meticulous organization, attention to detail, thorough communication, and the ability to make any event a joyous experience. We are quick to solve any last come ups, even better at avoiding they happen at all, and we make sure all parties know exactly what is expected of them, at what time, what capacity, and why. We know how important this day is to you and we do not take that lightly.
Love More Decor values it’s relationship with you. We listen, we hear you, and we work together with you to bring your vision to life. Planning a wedding can be stressful and overwhelming, our job is to eliminate that as much as possible and make your wedding experience one you won’t ever forget.
Upon signing a contract with Love More Decor, you receive access to a complete wedding planning packet. This packet includes your contract details, your wedding vendor contacts, a budget spreadsheet, a view of a drafted day of timeline, a sample photography list, a sample family shot list, a DJ/MC Itinerary, a spreadsheet to organize your music selection, your decor and wedding inventory, and a pre-made spreadsheet to input your guest list. This packet is also available at all times for you to access using google drive + spreadsheets.
Whether you already have most of your vendors booked or you need some help finding specific ones within your budget, Love More Decor has over 10 years of event experience with a large roster of vendors we have personally worked with and many we have kept our eyes on to work with in the future. We offer help finding the right vendors to fit your budget and assist in contacting them for the right quotes.
You will have a full service team on the day of your event working a full 14 hour day from start to finish. We help coordinate everything from your makeup artist arriving on time to your wedding party following directions, to your family members being informed of what to do on the day of. We cover the set up of your decor and specific items you want displayed, to the end of night clean up and walk through.
One month prior to your wedding day we ask you to take a backseat and let us handle the rest. We use this time to contact each of your vendors and give them time to ask any lingering questions. We make sure to communicate any and all requests you have made from them and ensure they understand exactly what is expected of them. We also do our best to accommodate their needs or requests should they have any within our means and value the relationships we build with your/our vendors. We value communication and morale ensuring there is a unified group effort in making your wedding unforgettable in all the best ways.
Included in your package are 3 meetings for both venue visits and design consultations which can be combined. Each meeting or consultation is up to 2 hours long. We use these meetings to discuss your vision for your special event from the color palette, to the floral inspiration, to the room design and layout. At least two are mandatory to solidify what ideas you want to come to life. 3 Venue Visits cover the initial planner walk through (separate, from with the venue manager but can be scheduled at the same time,) your rehearsal day, and one additional to be used at our or your discretion.
Your package guarantees at least three coordinators to work your special event making it possible for you to stress less and love more on your special day. Our team is highly organized and spends special attention to detail making it our main priority for you to enjoy your time with your family and friends. As we value communication with our vendors, we value communication within our team even more. Your vision, ideas, and requests are all clearly relayed to each team member on our coordinating team making us work efficiently and effectively to deliver what you want. We are thorough and pride ourselves on your satisfaction.
Love More Decor will take any decor items you have purchased or planned to use and set them up according to our design plans. We do not lift or move any large furniture that does not belong to us unless otherwise discussed but we will gladly set up the design elements of your day such as the tablescapes, floral designs and more. At the end of the night my team will take inventory of any items left over or that you had planned to keep and we will organize, label, and box them up for you placing them in a designated vehicle or in an otherwise discussed location. If your venue requires you to clean up and return it to its prior condition, we have got you covered.
The week of your wedding, we personally contact any person on the list you have provided us with all the details they need to know. This helps to avoid you or your wedding party from having to worry about last minute communication. We help you clearly communicate to all parties involved what is expected of them.
Staying on budget is always a major stressor in any given situation.
